Is it possible to change format (bold/ color) for Descriptive Text field in Custom Form???

Can we make this as BOLD or Change colour in Custom form field?

Any other solution or recommendation?

This would be very helpful.  We use the descriptive text field to notate instructions or processes based on a selection chosen within a form.  Being able to Bold or make text red where it is important for the user to read is helpful.  If all the text is the same format it all just looks the same to the user and they quit reading the text.
