Is it possible to batch update hours assigned to user on a project?

Hi Workfront Community, Our project management team is wondering if it's possible to batch update someone's assigned hours across all tasks on a project? If so, how do we do that? For example, we have two creative directors assigned to a project, and we need to lower the planned hours for both of them across all tasks. Right now it looks like we have to manually change their hours on each task. Thanks in advance! Alex Alex Barnard

Yes, you can bulk edit tasks on a project. On the project, you would click on the box on the left-hand side of each specific Task that needs to be edited (or you can edit all of the tasks at once by clicking on the top box). At this point, once your tasks are selected, click the Edit button. From here, scroll down to where it says Planned Hours, check this field and then enter the revised Planned Hours, and then click on Save Changes. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services
