Is anyone else getting an overdue Icon in New Home > My Work Widget for Same-Day Tasks

Hi Workfront Community,

I've encountered an issue with the My Work widget in the new Home experience. Specifically, tasks that are due on the current day show the overdue icon even when they are not actually overdue.

Here are the details:

  • I created a task that is due today at 6 PM.
  • The overdue warning icon appears next to the task, even though it's only 4.45 PM
  • The overdue icon disappears if I move the planned due date to the next calendar day, even if it's 5 AM
  • The icon remains regardless of whether I have started the project, changed its status to "In Progress," or set the percent complete to any value under 100%.

    Is this a known issue, or is there a setting I might be missing? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

    Your problem isn't listed.

     

    Having replicated the same behavior in my environment, and checked all my schedules (project schedule, user schedule, whether or not it's a timezone issue, and resource management schedule), I would probably say you're well within your rights to submit a case to Support.
