I'm an admin so I know I am going to be seeking advice and helpful hints outside the "help" guides already in workfront. Hey Tegwyn, This is a great place for you to visit regularly. I'd recommend setting a calendar invite for yourself at least once a week to log into the community and review the forum posts and check out the blog. It's a great way to keep in the loop and make sure you're always learning and improving. Hello World (is that played out?) Thanks, Nate for opening up this dialog. My name is Mandy Anger and I'm the new-ish Product Manager here at Workfront. I am lucky to be on a fantastic team that owns some great features in the product, including My Work, Agile, and Resource Scheduling. One of the best parts of my job is that I get to work with all of you to help continue improving the existing features and build cool new features to help us all get work done. So, onto Nate's questions: How do you use Workfront? Like you, I'm in WF everyday. I'm managing projects and checking on statuses. It's where I keep all that great feedback I receive from customers. To steal from Mike Hall, our team uses Workfront to track all of the features and functionality, the requirements, the user research and validation all in Workfront. What would make this community amazing for you? The community is a valuable resource for me and the other PMs to get quick feedback from customers, whether we are asking a general question about how work gets done or asking for specific feedback on a feature or tool. I love having instant access to a super user group where I can bounce ideas or validate plans. I'm looking forward to engaging with everyone regularly here! How much time do you spend using Workfront on a daily basis? I'm generally in and out of Workfront all day. What are you passionate about (other than work)? I love to travel! I'm always planning the next trip and looking for new places to check out--let me know the cool places in your neck of the woods. I also love to eat and I'm always on the lookout for new restaurants to try. I can't travel and eat all the time (but I wish I could!), so in my downtime I like to read. What's your favorite joke? I have a terrible memory and can only remember knock knock jokes, so here goes: Knock, knock Who's there? Little old lady Little old lady, who? I didn't know you could yodel!
