Internal review design files can be seen by all in project

Currently the partners we work with have access to the documents tab so they can review items and add when needed (they are designated int eh field project owners and that probably can't change). We're experiencing an issue where they are previewing designs that were not shared (or ready to be shared). We're looking for suggestions on how to keep the work in the project, but limit what they can view. Any help is most appreciated. Rachel Brown Mitchell International

This may be a bit laborious (and there may be a better way) but once you upload a document, you can disable "Inherited Permissions" from the document's Sharing menu. This will disallow access to the document to anyone except for those users to whom access has been explicitly granted. Anthony Pernice

You can also change the setting in their access level below. We do this for our end users, and then just share the documents we want them to see manually. Maddy Martin

This is exactly how we do it for internal creative reviews. We call it "ghosting" a proof.

Hi Rachel, On the documents that you do not want seen by the entire project, make sure under "Share" for the document , you have removed "Inherited Permissions" and give permissions to the document instead by listed individuals in the selection box.
