Inherited Instance - System Audit

Question

Hi all,

I'm interested to hear any tips for taking over a WF instance and specifically carrying out a more detailed audit. I've got a good feel for how users are leveraging the system and some opportunities for efficiencies. I also have the system admin inherited instance playbook / checklist which i grabbed from here and an working through.
But i also wanted to carry out a more detailed system audit but it's difficult to know where to start or how best to approach in a structured way. If anybody has conducted anything similar and has some tips it would be great to hear! Thanks
