Implementing Different Holiday Schedules (U.S and ex U.S)

Hello Community, I am reaching out for some guidance on implementing multiple holiday schedules. Right now our system has U.S holidays implemented so that tasks are not due on those dates and they default the next business day. The issue I am trying to solve for is we have offices/employees that work in London, India and the Ukraine. Is there anyway to add their country specific holidays to Workfront and tied to their specific profiles without messing up our already set U.S holidays? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Annmarie Annmarie LoGiudice WebMD

I might be missing something in your question, because so far it seems to me that creating a new schedule for your non-U.S users would be the solution. As shown in: https://experience.workfront.com/s/article/Creating-schedules-1168765993 -skye

Hi Skye, Thanks for the quick response. By creating different schedules would I be able to apply those schedules to specific user profiles? Annmarie Annmarie LoGiudice WebMD

hi Annmarie, as far as I can tell, that question is answered here: https://experience.workfront.com/s/article/Creating-schedules-1168765993#assigning-a-schedule-to-users-and-projects but please restate your question if you feel like that link is missing the point. You might also be interested in the section above on the same page, here: https://experience.workfront.com/s/article/Creating-schedules-1168765993#understanding-the-hierarchy since that specifically delves into which schedule takes precedence and when. -skye

In its simplest terms, yes you can assign one of your schedules to each user to reflect usual start/end of work days for that region, holidays, etc. But to Sky's point, there are deeper options that will determine which schedule is applied when they are somehow in conflict or are somehow mixed (multiple users with different schedules assigned to the same task, for example).
