Hi everyone! I've collapsed down a list of ideas that we have upvoted within our internal team and would appreciate your support too! Hi, I see this thread and have to assume that there is a better way to do this. Does anyone curate the ideas to try to group them together? It would be excellent if there was a weekly report that went out to everyone to show the status of ideas, what is gaining steam and ultimately try socialize them around to everyone. Being able to delete the standard Workfront reports that come with the system would be great for us as we are trying to currently get our list of over 400 reports down to a manageable size and only want those left that are of use. The recommendation is to add a data visualization tool called DASHBOARD (i.e., data analytics) to the Workfront tool. Please find attached an example of an actual dashboard. What currently (02/17/2019) exists in the Workfront tool is only a "REPORTING" capability where users might pull out a report or more and the system simply display these reports one by one, one under the other, in a sometimes long, long page. Users need to scroll down (around) to see all information, so it is not a dashboard. A dashboard includes the most important information required to achieve one or more objectives that has been consolidated, and fits, on a single computer screen so it can be monitored at a glance. Users should experience a design optimized for their desktop/laptops, tablet, or mobile phone. Importance of Dashboards: 1- Make reporting more efficient for decision makers; 2- Make reading easy (i.e., prevent never-ending pages of multiple reports); 3- Monitor several KPIs and metrics at once, and at a glance; 4- Present real-time information; 5- Provide powerful data analytics and modern interactive data visualizations. We set up our team on the task, but we are coaching our team to have one member claim their task when they receive the summary notification that they are on the activity/project.
