Hi everyone! I've collapsed down a list of ideas that we have upvoted within our internal team and would appreciate your support too! Can I get the gang to rally around this year-old submission from Marie Kelly? "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001208834-Require-Users-to-only-create-new-Projects-from-a-template" Require User to Only Create New Projects from a Template We have a group of users that require the ability to create new projects. We "encourage" them to start fresh by using the template each time they create a project, but they find copying to be much more efficient so always take the path of least resistance. Meanwhile, templates and their selection of attached forms have evolved multiple times, and every "new" project they create is outdated by five versions. It becomes pretty chaotic because there is no consistency for assignees, which largely defeats the purpose of using templates. Ideally, access settings should be configured to A) prevent users with "create" rights from copying projects and/or B) grant users with "create" rights but only from templates. William English

Workfront's answer is: "The best way to verify what Dashboards are currently active on a Layout Template would be to login as a user that is assigned to the layout template." Thanks. For anyone looking to adapt the Agile tool set, this idea to be able to implement custom statuses on the Kanban/iteration boards will be huge. Custom workflows are a must for Agile. If we could upvote this idea it would be great (I know we have a long way to go on it but would have a huge impact for us!) https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001235174-Filter-to-Show-Only-Ready-to-Start-Tasks-Issues?page=1#community_comment_360003229374 When a task has been completed, you see a tick icon. I think having an icon to show ready to start would be a massive addition to this tool if we could not have the filter.... either would be a great benefit to us.
