Hi everyone! I've collapsed down a list of ideas that we have upvoted within our internal team and would appreciate your support too!     Hi all, My organization uses Workfront Proof for copy editing VERY text-heavy documents (scientific content with loads of references). It would be incredibly helpful if we could include formatting (bold, ital, underline, etc) as we make comments in Proof. This idea has been floating around for awhile and its something my entire organization would love to see implemented. Thanks. Thank you! -Sydney "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014145033-Link-Users-to-a-Specific-Update-on-a-Project-" LINK USERS TO A SPECIFIC UPDATE ON A PROJECT I'll commonly find myself saying something like this to a team member: "per the notes on the June 3rd update…" in reference to a past update - but then the person I'm commenting to has to manually go scroll back to that update. Ideal functionality would be just like how it works on Facebook or Twitter. You can click on the date of the post, and that creates a unique URL to link directly to that isolated update. WorkFront already has the date at the top of the update, it's just not linked: Sydney Peterson Diversified Communications, Inc.

    Please up vote if you agree! :) "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014264814-Planning-Tool" Unassigned Task Hours in Planning Tool Idea: In the new Planning tool when filtering to "View by User" it would be great to see a row of "Unassigned" planned hours. This will allow us to plan for capacity on a monthly or quarterly basis in the future because we don't typically assign/schedule specific people that far in advance. I see this being most useful as we plan and manage our upcoming Scope of Work at the beginning and then throughout the year.     I've created my first idea: Create Assigned Hours as a reporting object. An Assigned Hours report would function just like an hours report, but would be future looking.
