This is something we would love to see. When tagging people in updates, the project team members are usually the ones tagged. Therefore, their names should show up first rather than all users alphabetically.

When I assign a task or post an update, I tag the relevant team members. When I start typing their name, it shows all my users in alphabetical order. This would be great time saver for Workfront admins as they onboard new teams into the tool. I spend a lot of time having to assign myself layout templates just to make sure everything is working the way it should. The ability to preview would save me so much time.

Please look at this idea for creating reports with content based off what the user has favorited. For example open tasks on favorited projects or issues on favorited projects. This allows the user to see detailed information about just the projects they care about enough to have on their favorites list.

A request from many a planner. The inability to keep workers from going over their assigned hours on a task causes these sorts of knock-on effects:

My biggest wish is to be able to prevent users from enterng time if they are over their assigned hours to force a discussion with the planner, but not implementing that seems to be a hill that WF is willing to die on. So I guess I will keep asking for other tools to work around the problem.
