I didn't start this one, but just added to it since we ran into this problem. We have a PHQ routing with over 200 comments and the Proofreader kept getting logged-out.

I would like to be able to create Custom Priorities for Groups, just like the Custom Statuses for Groups. I found this idea already on the Idea Exchange, but it needs votes! Facility to add Priority (Customised) for Company or Group https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000XiEdAAK/detail

IDEA: When new users are created, the default setting is to NOT generate proofs automatically

We are on an old license type where not all users have proof, but it sounds like when we switch over, users have the option to choose proof or document (and if the user setting is checked, even if they choose document, it generates a proof) so this setting appears to be outdated and unneeded.

It's ones like this that catch us off-guard because behavior that seems like it should be the default, isn't, and causes alot of extra work:

Basically, why would you not want the new Owner to have Manage access by default, even regardless of inherited permissions?

Another one that caught us off-guard…with all the abilities to automatically attach custom forms to objects, the Expenses object does not have this ability.

Can you upvote this one?

Separate Programs from Portfolio Access management.

Now if you want to give access to users to manage/create Programs, they will have access to Portfolios.

We can't give both so we have 2 options: not to use Programs or do that on a Sys Admin level which we hardly have resources to handle.

Please help me to make it happen!
