I want to run a report of:-For a set of PROJECTS, the most RECENTLY COMPLETED TASK (or Milestone)-For a set of PROJECTS, the NEXT READY TASK (e.g. by projected Start date)

aka of Tasks that are complete, that whose completion date was closest to $$TODAY.

I have tried both a Task view grouped by Project and a Collection of Tasks by Project, but can only get a list of recently completed tasks (say in last week), not the MOST RECENT one.
