I am getting announcements within my platform but nothing regarding outages or issues on the Workfront side. I cannot find where to change the setting or to subscribe to these emails.

Hi - outages, issues, and maintenance all come from https://status.workfront.com/. Did you subscribe to emails on that site? (If you haven't, highly recommend. Just make sure you know your cluster. 🙂 )
If you're not sure what cluster you're on Lisa you can see it under Setup > System > Customer Info. It should be in the Basic info section upper right corner, Cluster Setup.
