HOw to set up a report showing all items (e,g. issues) pending YOUR approval

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to set up a report showing all issues pending MY approval (user name would be a variable) but NOT necessarily assigned to me?
If by any chance you would also have a data dictionary for WF, I would be very grateful.
