How to remove/delete an added custom tab?

I user created a custom tab, experimenting with Workfront, and can not remove it. As system admin, i do not see a remove /delete option when I log in as her. She wants to remove that custom tab. I search the help documentation for remove custom tab & delete custom tab but the search did not yield any helpful instructions. I could only find create a custom tab. Thanks.

I think you have to move the tab so it appears under "More" and when you hover over it, you'll see the trash can. You can't delete it directly from any of the primary 6 tab locations on the main row, it has to be under more.

I will look again and move my mouse slower so I can see the trash can. Thank you.
