How to remove a deactivated user from proof reviewer choices?

I have a user who was a Worker license. She changed jobs and is now working for a supplier to review proofs with a different email address. She has been deactivated in all places but her former email address keeps showing up as a choice in Proof and people keep accidentally choosing the wrong one. How can I stop that autofill from happening in Proof?

Contact Support, they will give you a couple options how to proceed. We've been through this exercise before and generally they have to help facilitate.
