How to manually distribute hours in a request

Question

Is there a way to distribute planned hours manually across the duration of a task? (from a request, not a project).

At the moment when a new request is being submitted and for example if I assign 3 workers to the request its showing up in the workload balancer as 2 each's for each worker when in reality this is not the correct hours.

Is there a way to do it manually / set different hours like you can do from tasks when converting a request into a project?
