How to GROUP a Custom Field

I created a calculated custom status timestamp field - to show when a project was changed into a particular status. This works great - see attached file. I am able to get the date to display, however, I can not manipulate the date.

However, I am not able to group the values. Meaning, I'd like to group for example, all may 2021 together, all May 2020 together ... group them by month... but I can't see how to group the results.

    what did you format your timestamp field as?

      I got it formatted as "TEXT"....uggh ... what can I do about this? I need a fix....

      there's no fix (unless the fix is that you learned your lesson! Which let me assure you, I make this mistake all the time so... 😂 ).

      Just delete the field and create it all over again. Sorry!
