Any guidance;
We wish to involve outside suppliers to connect our Workfront system for request management and later for project management. The supplier has their own email id different from Kverneland email id? In current situation we are using single sign-on in our organisation to login Workfront.
What are steps required to be followed to provide them to connect in our Workfront and access request management?

We also have SSO and add external users manually. The process is different depending on whether you've been migrated to the Admin Console or not. I would start here. Note that all users need to have a free Adobe account. These non-SSO users then will be able to log into your instance with a username and password.
From there, you have to make decisions about how to align them. I recommend you carefully consider what you need to put into place for security and compliance purposes. In our instance, I have dedicated groups for external users. This allows me to better control how much they do and don't see. It also helps for reporting purposes.
