Hello,

Can I have a proof report which tells me what project the proof was uploaded on?

Thanks,

If you are using a Proof Approval report, you can use this:

valuefield=documentVersion:document:project:name
valueformat=HTML

If it's a Document Version report:

valuefield=document:project:name
valueformat=HTML

I have done this, but if the user does not have sharing rights to the project, the project name says "no access." Is there a way to still get the project name to show, but it not be hyperlinked. They don't need access to the project, but we still want them to see the name. @NicholeVargas are you able to weigh in on this at all? I have the same issue with Project Owner as well. Except the column is just blank since they don't have access to view the project.

@JHulet If you were to go into Report Actions > Edit > Report Settings and add your name (or another user who has access to view the project information) to the field, "Run this report with the access right of.." that should work!

Just know if you have user-based wildcard filters applied, this would override that.

Thank you @NicholeVargas! When I did that...then it just shows what I see. So its a My Pending Proof Approvals report. So they can no longer see their pending proofs...they see mine.

When you run a report with the access rights of another user, the users who the report is shared with will be able to view the same data, but if they don't have access to a project, the link will technically show as clickable, but if clicked on by a user without view access, they'll get an error saying "You do not have sufficient access to view this Project"

Are there plans to enable this report? We also asked about it for our compliance department and have been unable to create a report with Project Name for each proof.
