How does one upload an existing excel task or project template (or really a singular) template into workfront?

As a user who is building task templates in workfront, I have the ability to export the template to an excel. We have had teams build out their templates in this same format in an excel file. Now, we'd like to upload a large batch of #Templates‚ into workfront. How do we do this?
