How do I set up an automatic reply with a service agreement and timing on a project request?

The automatic reply would let the requestor know that their request has been received and what the suggested turn around time would be for the project. Thanks for any info.

Hi Quelle,

When a user submits a request through an intake queue, they receive an email notification with the details and link to the request in the system.

After submission, whomever triage's the request can input an update that would then send another email to the user letting them know the expected turn around time.

If you want the user to have the information when they submit the request, you can place the information in the Description field of the project you're using as a queue for the user to see while filling in the form or you can use a Descriptive Text field to place the information directly on the form.

These only apply to the queue process and not if a user is just clicking the Request Project button from the Projects screen.

Hope this helps,
