How can I make the visibility of the original Request form diappear ?

After a Request has been converted to a Project, how can I make the visibility of the original Request form diappear in the newly created Project details (we use a different for for Projects)?

Hi there, if you don't want your custom form on your request to carry over to the converted project, I assume that request form also has the project object on it and you could remove that to just be issue. Go into your issue custom form and see if it has the project object selected:
