Hours reports when there is more than one manager

Hi, our org is structured in a way that our India associates report to an India manager and a US manager. Is there a setting to allow actual hours entered to be visible to more than just the person a user reports to?

    Users cannot have two managers in Workfront HOWEVER, a work around would be to create a Team with the shared Managers and employees together. Then give only view access to only the managers. You'll need your filter(s) to include: Home Team ID = $$USER.teamIDs
