Hide tasks in a project

I'm trying to find a way to hide information from stakeholders that is only visible to the users of a project.

For example, a status update to let my leader know the stakeholder isn't providing x and is blocking the project.

What would be the best way for this? I also want to keep these updates for auditing purposes later on.

Thanks

Hi Crystal,

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but for stakeholders that we want to limit what they see in the updates we have this option selected on their access level:

I hope this helps!
