    Hi Dawn,

    I'd suggest looking at the Access Level settings for your Requestor license type. There's a couple options under 'Additional Restrictions' that sound like the might do what you want. Suggest carefully looking at who those changes would apply to first, in case that's a setting you'd only want to apply to certain types of Requestors.
