I looked at them but none of those templates reflect how we work at all.
It's basically a set of common project types with (what Workfront thinks is) standard task lists. If you are an agency just starting out with templates, they are a good starting point for you to see how a template should look and behave. You can modify them in any way you like.
We imported all of ours into Sandbox and socialized them via our monthly newsletter but no takers yet. Several bugs were identified when installing them as well. For example, after an import failed, the template didn't appear in the Not Installed list of templates any longer. Little things that are only visible to an admin. As most of them are targeting marketing efforts they don't apply for our purposes either, as Randy mentioned.
