Hi Rachel

Anyone who needs to make updates to a project custom form will need Contribute access to the project.

We purposely don't allow our requestors Contribute access to projects because we don't want them making changes mid-stream that our production team won't be notifified about.

Hi Rachel,

In our situation we use the Updates tab within a project. The requestor adds the details of their changes and tags the project managers and creative team. Depending upon what the change is, the PM decides if they want to "edit" the project and update/change the data in the appropriate fields.

Thanks, Linda. This is what we're doing now too. It works fairly well, but is a bit more labor intensive than we would like.
