Has anyone created a way of recording hours for WFH and in the office to compare productivity levels?

We have hybrid working across our business, where the roles can be done from home. Our artworkers and designers work hybrid, but each works on different days in the office and from home. I don't know how to capture this information so I can produce a report that will show productivity levels comparing home and office work.

From personal experience I can assume WFH is WAY more productive!

I don't think there's any way to fairly capture this information unless you can identify a set of projects that are equal in effort in every way, and then designate some to be "work from home" projects and others to be "in office" projects, and then measure the total hours logged to each project. Anything else I suggest would be too easy to cheat.
