Group Mentions by project

My team prefers the way Teams manages communication over WorkFront. In particular they like to be able to see all communications in one window. They do not want to have to navigate to each job to read the communication happening in it. Just like Teams has each thread in teams would be a project in Workfront. I have tried a few ways. The quickest way would be to edit the Mentions Widget to group by Project. I don't think this is possible currently. If I am wrong please let me know. Another option I have is to pull a report of the Updates view of a project. I realize the updates in Tasks are not at the project level, but we may be able to work around that. However I can't seem to be able to find a way to pull a report on the Updates section of any project let alone all of them grouped by Owner. Any suggestions?

Hi @scottmc16,

I invite you to consider The Scoop, which you could deploy into your own Workfront environment, then -- since it's built using native views, reports, and dashboards -- modify it to suit your specific requirements.

Doug
