In searching for educational videos on Fusion, I am seeing a shortage of educational videos. Does anyone in the community have any links or videos you can share on Fusion 2.0?

The above link is the first in a collection of pages that offer Fusion training. The videos are distributed across a collection of nested pages/sections. You can see those sections on the left sidebar. I'm not aware of a single zip file or something similar that allows users to download the full collection at once.
