Is it possible to give a WorkFront user access to certain functionalities (ex: Custom Form Builder) in the Sandbox environment only? We would like to test out some of functionalities without having access to them in the live production environment.

Hi Sara -
Yes, you can give access to different functionality in Sandbox. You may need to update their access level in Sandbox to allow for viewing/editing custom forms, from there you can give them Manage access to the forms to be able to update. And during this time if you refresh your Sandbox you will need to update their access again - since their access will be reverted back to what is live in Production.
