Freezing the Storyboard Statuses

There was some talk quite a while ago about freezing the statuses on the storyboard so that, where there are lots of rows of cards and you have to scroll down, you can still see the statuses at the top. Is there any update on this please?

Thanks Jane. Clearly a weakness in the tool! No doubt scrolling down on the board and losing sight of the the column status is frustrating. Internally we call it 'making the column headers sticky'. The good news, this upgrade is part of the new board experience that the team is working on. @Melissa Pickering‚ is leading the vision and roadmap for that enhancement.

Hey Jane, freezing out your statuses seems kind of "cold", haha! Yeah, we do know about this request and we have it on the radar. You'll hear about it here first, when we schedule it. 😀

We are also working on the concept of a "simple board", where the columns aren't even "status" - they could be anything. Do you think your teams would use this?

Hi Melissa, LOL pleased I didn't get a 'chilly' reception 😉

Yes, the "simple board" idea sounds good. We've had non Agile teams using Trello or Planner where you can choose your headers so this would be great to encourage them to use Workfront in this way.
