Free User Proofing Limitations

Question

Can someone tell me if there are limitations on the number of proofs a Contributor can interact with or the functionality available to them? Thanks Bill

Hi Bill,

It depends on a number of factors such as which licensing model your are on and which plan. Customers on old licensing aren't restricted, but if you're on the new model the number of proof decisions is limited for contributors.

This question is probably best directed to your CSM as they will be able to advise exactly what your limits are (if any) based on what licensing agreement you have with Adobe.
