Form selection logic

Is it possible that each request type had their own form and based on the Request Type Workfront would only select the form associated to that request type.

Hi,

 

You can achieve this with the use of Queue Topics. A separate queue topic can be created for each request type and each topic can have its own form(s) and routing rule. You can read more on this here.
