filter on non-equal field values?

I've been looking at the guide for comparing task info to the default baseline (baseline variance).

Is it possible to create a report filter on WF field values that don't match (e.g., filter on records where the task duration does not equal the baseline task duration)?

I can apply conditional formatting in the report to highlight tasks with variances, but I'm wondering if it's possible to include only tasks with variances in the report.
