Thank you for your question! As of right now, Workfront is not FedRAMP orTX-RAMP certified. It is something that may happen in the future, but there have been no public announcements yet from Adobe about actively pursuing FedRAMP or TX-RAMP certification for Workfront.
I would recommend submitting an idea to the innovation lab, if you haven't already.
