Extra blank page on proofs

@nickfrazierONE What type of document and you proofing? From my experience proof essentially "prints" your document. We had issues for a bit with proofing Excel files, Proof broke up the files into un-readable screens - users were never sure which row or column they were looking at. Once we set up some print areas on those files, the proofs were created in a much better way.
