External Dashboard Page Not Connecting/Displaying

Hello! Hoping someone can explain why this is happening. I am trying to build out a dashboard with an external link to the webpage that the Workfront data relates to. When I add the external page Workfront says that the site refused to connect, but the link works fine everywhere else. The link is an https secure link: "https://www.nm.org/conditions-and-care-areas/neurosciences" https://www.nm.org/conditions-and-care-areas/neurosciences Any recommendations for how to remedy this?
