Exclude locked proofs on Proof Approval Report
Hi! Is there a way to exclude locked proofs on a Proof Approval Report?
We want to exclude proofs that are locked, even if there are people who did not provide feedback yet.

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, Workfront Proof metadata (like "Locked" status) isn't directly available in a standard Proof Approval Report.
From my testing, when a Proof is locked, the isAwaitingDecision field becomes false for all reviewers/approvers tied to that proof. As a workaround, you could filter your Proof Approval Report to Proof Approval >> Awaiting Decision = True. This would exclude all locked Proofs.
