Error when saving a custome form

I keep receiving this error message as I try to save my custom form. I do not know what it means:

Database error: BizContext.commit failed with Eclipselink Exception

No, although yes that has happened to me too. I ended up deleting some of the fields I messed with the most one at a time and figured out which was the offending question. It was related to reusing an old field and messing it up too much.

I've had WF give me errors at random times when saving things and then when I try again or hit apply and then save & apply (on a custom form or report) it works. Is this still happening for you?

Any updates on this? I am trying to update a custom form and I cannot seem to figure this error out.
