ERROR When adding custom form to a project

Has anyone ever run into this error when trying to add another custom form to a project?

 

My first thought was to double check the calculation and there are no issues there.

Any help is appreciated.

It seems as though two custom forms on your project both have this calculated field with different calculations on them, but are you saying that you checked this specifically and all the calculations on this field are identical to each other?

That's correct, but I'll double check again.

@skyehansen I double checked the calculated field on both forms and they both use the same field with the same calculation. Any other thoughts on why I may be getting this error?
