Enabling prompts and gantt view in PUBLIC REPORTS with non-license viewers

For my public report, it looks like:

- with a WF license I can use the prompts, but the gantt view is not available

- without a WF license I cannot use prompts or gantt

Does anyone know if there is a way to enable these two features in my public report?

If Gantt is not an option (even with a license), then I will have to share two different report links with our mixed audience.
