Embed External Web Page

Hi I was just wondering if it is possible to use the "Embed External Web Page" to actually render a html file that is located on our own Workfront instance? The reason for this is that within our organisation we have a SharePoint site that contains important information that we want users to see before submitting a request into us. We cannot embed this internally hosted page within a dashboard, so i was hoping there would be a way to host a simple html fire in Workfront and have that displayed using this feature? Hey Jonathan, What's in the HTML file? You know, you can just build reports and embed your HTML, and then make that report publicly available as "https://ddh.my.workfront.com/report/public/view?publicToken=x6u1T7zd_sTDk9QtM1J5LR62kPduYYzfp7FjXZP-vQ4WCm7__q8LOiFLYKkiTJU_yzTrmQX7uw3CeFA5phlN3aM2G77j_tcP&endcap" seen here . However, you do have the option of adding a file to your Workfront's documents. You can share the document publicly and use the public URL in a Descriptive Text field on your request form. Both solutions above keep everything self-contained in Workfront, the best way to go. Hi Jonathan, In addition to Naryan's suggestions, if your preference is to keep the HTML where it is, then yes, you can use a Workfront External Page to connect to it, subject to network permissions, authentications, and a few External page in dashboards gotchas to consider.
