Lately, a lot of our clients requested to customize their email notifications. 
do you have any suggestions on how to design or make email notifications a bit more user-friendly?

Hi there! An admin has the ability to customize event/email notifications' subject lines but also the HTML/body of an email notification. You'll need to create the email templates from Setup, and then can associate the template with the respective email notification.
