Duplicating project tasks

The Copy and Duplicate Tasks document in Workfront shows the following options

Move to...

Copy to...

Duplicate

Chain

Delete

However in our view we're only seeing these options

Add to...

Copy to...

Move to...

Delete

The Duplicate option is not available.

    If you provide a screenshot, people here can better help you troubleshoot, but usually "duplicate" is only available under certain circumstances, for example when you select a single task or multiple tasks that are side by side.

    We received help via a chat. The problem was we did not have the tasks listed in numerical order and when we made that change we had the option.
