could you save it to a project template and attach it to subsequent projects?

Yeah we already do that. Sometimes we have to have multiple iterations of the Project Folders though, in a single Project

it seems to me that if you attach the same template multiple times, the folders are pulled in again, every time. Have I misunderstood what you're asking?
