Is there a way to set a default planned completion date when a request is submitted rather than manually adjusting? For example, we have a certain type of request that we'd like the Planned Completion Date to be set to submission date + 3 days.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
In the queue details of your request queue, you can set a default duration for all of the requests that come in. If you set it to 3 all the requests planned completion dates will automatically calculate to be +3 days from the entry date of the request.
