I've been using Workfront for a couple years, but I only recently became my company's administrator.
One of my users didn't have access to something. Workfront popped up an error message with an option to request more access, and the default recipient was one of our engineers. The user chose to send the request, then the engineer forwarded me the email because he didn't know what to do with it.
We got the user his access, but for future reference, can anyone tell me how that default recipient was determined? I assume it's a setting somewhere that I can't find.
